Mars co has a trade mark on an M on a round candy becase they use it as the logo of M&Ms. a trademark is a mark used in one's businesses to idenitfy their product or service. in any other context outside of food and M&Ms related products, Mars would have no standing becuase they are not engaged in that business. |
