Quite frankly, IMHO agencies in any area should not be able to trademark anything except maybe their logo, but even that should be allowed. They are mainly public agencies, but if it will be allowed they need to be cautious and sensible in how or when they enforce it. But, I am happy to see they are backtracking on going after the guy in SF.:) |
