None of this proves that a generic letter in a generic circle can be trademarked by the MTA - the trademark is for a specific letter in a specific colored circle.Perhaps billiard manufacturers should sue the MTA - after all the three ball is the number three in a red circle! As for bashing MUNI or the MTA - that is protected by the first amendment of the United States. They are a government agency and deserve to be bashed...
