An exit is an exit, emergency or not. What you're implying is that the exit doesn't exist, when there is photographic evidence to the contrary. Forget abou the fact that particular exit is labeled "Emergency Exit" for a moment. If there's an emergency which requires people to vacate the platform, can the exit be used? The answer should be yes. |
