No. At Jamaica you pay a $5 fare to ride a transit line TO the airport. At Howard Beach you pay a $5 fee to cross an imaginary line (the airport property line) so that you can then board the free on-airport circulator and ride it wholly within the airport. The fare is just, and fair. The fee is BS. |
