Unless you've done that job, you really have no idea of the chaos created when the bun guy sets up Big Macs while the bin chief (analagous to a dispatcher) called for burgers and the grill guys (me and Jimmy R) set up burgers, as directed.And don't ANYBODY tell me that lives weren't on the line! We had to keep those thin meat patties on the grill another 5 minutes. I'd say they were pure carbon by the time we served 'em! |
