I just looked at nycsubway.org, which sort of suggests in the tunnel, but still doesn't make it absolutely clear.Maybe in the next few weeks, if I can get an R32 or R42 R train, I could railfan this. I guess I'd see it pulling out of 36th Street southbound? So does anyone know what the dummy portals visible in the cut between 36th St and 9th Avenue may have been intended or even used for? |
