I had one of those C&NW SDP40s once, it was removed from service soon after the F59PHI arrived.It gets the job done and I really don't trust IHP's way of handling personal information, nor do I trust their NYC-area dealer since the last time I was in his shop a few years ago he was charging more then MSRP for everything. I decided to stop going in there. Besides, Trainworld has a better selection and better prices as well as a nicer staff. I never leave Trainworld empty handed. IHP wants $60 for the Comet III, he'll probably want $75. Now if IHP did business with Trainworld, they might sell more models. |
