The floor was lowered to max nearly 15 years ago when Azobe ties were installed, the rail at one point is actually laying on top of the 63th steet tunnel with no ballast under the ties just around it.There is no way in hell the track bed can be lowered without disturbing the tunnel wal foundation, of wich currently over 1.5 foot is exposed. |
