Might be able to drop the floor in the Bronx (I'm not sure), but to do so on Park Av would require so much utility relocation that the existing box basically the box.Priority in terms of AC power for MNCR should probably be replacing existing catenary to modern standards; the pull-downs seem far more frequent than is the case elsewhere. |
