Shouldn't such be built into the plans of the building by the architect?The most effective control, as we discussed in the second incarnation of this topic, would involve vibration control at the source, meaning the ground on which the locomotives idle out. That has to be done in cooperation with LIRR, in the Borden Yard, at developer/condominium expense. |
