That building is located between Hunterspoint Ave. station and the Sunnyside yards. While far more trains pass through the area, it doesn't have to deal with idling diesels.Yes, you're correct. But I recall several signatories to the petitions from Arris Lofts. I haven't seen any tracks on any advertisements for One Hunters Point. I don't recall paying enough attention to notice. But what I will say is that even if you tried to miss it on site, you would have difficulty. Again, however, I don't see how the problem isn't partly or even completely soluble. |
