So I should add to my prior suspicion that a lot of this is just buyer's remorse at declining prices in the market. I don't think that either the realtors or developers were dishonest in this regard, as that much railroad is beyond anyone's capacity to hide without several shots of fairly stiff stuff.I have a feeling that someone here is now going to make an offer on a unit there for the train views. One man's eyesore is another's dream landscape! |
