Mr. Rosa:The photographer was Asian-American, not a Japanese Tourist. Matter of fact, at one point during the exchange, the black male was fairly screaming "I'M AN AMERICAN AND A ####IN' NEW YORKER AND I KNOW YOU CAN'T TAKE PICTURES IN THE #### SUBWAY!" The Asian male responded "I'm a New Yorker, too, and I know I can!" I wondered if he might be a contributor to this august domain, which was one reason for the initial post.
