They debated turnstile installation for two years, decided to install them, paid several contractors, entered contractual agreements, and then after starting installation they decided to stop. wtf? LACMTA is great in some ways and completely clueless and incompetent in other ways.Here's a pic that I took last week of the installation at Normandie on the purple line.
