A second local on the Lex?Nothing quite so drastic - could just run more 6 trains. Obviously it's increased costs, but the problem with capacity on 6 trains is that trains experience dwell time that's too high at stations, because they're too loaded to move people on and off. Adding more trains solves that problem, since you have less people on each train then, but it does cost more. |
