I imagine that some LIRR riders (not from the Port Washington Branch) destined for Lower Manhattan will try to use ESA to save time, but once they discover how deep the ESA terminal is, they should change their tune.First, the downtown 4 and 5 are already crowded with people from the Bronx, UES and MNR. That alone should change their tune. Both Penn and Flatbush have six lines each going to Lower Manhattan. Second, will it really save them time? My guess is no. |
