All tracks will be out of service at one time or another as the whole viaduct has to be rebuilt. You'll likely see "hard rail connections" from the local to express tracks (then vice versa) during the course of the 4 years. I expect to see periodic bustitutions from Church to Jay to accomplish these connections from time to time. |
