Nowadays, I consider myself at peace with that fear. Whatever happens, happens. If I get struck by lightning, hit by a semi-truck on the freeway, et al...then so be it. It happened. I certainly wont be around to lament over it.That said, I don't look forward to death. I'm not hoping to die. I know it will happen eventually, sooner or later. There is no reason to fear the unknown. |
