I disagree - getting slapped in public court and the media should be sufficient incentiveIf that were sufficient then why didn't the NYPD change its ways after losing at least two lawsuits brought by the NYCLU on behalf of photographers who were illegally detained. Obviously the City of New York and the NYPD don't care about losing in court. |
