I hope he wins his case, but I'm personally opposed to paying large sums of money in situations like these. The money has nothing to do with righting the wrong.(I know that some will argue that the money will get the attention of the NYPD and the city, but I disagree - getting slapped in public court and the media should be sufficient incentive.) |
