Then the MTA would simply do the right thing they would keep photography legal but then start to restrict it to where and what type of media you can use...I.E. you can only take photos in the mezzanine of the station not the platform, or you can only use film cameras not digital and filming is not allowed except in the mezzanine and must have prior approval from the MTA. |
