Thanks for all the support and kind words.......I'm not looking to get rich off of this ; my lawyer asked me what did I think was fair....I told him a settlement similar to what another person had gotten(he was detained 20 minutes and was forced to delete his pics; he walked out with 31k plus lawyer fees.......that is more than fair....nypd wanted to settle for 7,500!!! I told my lawyer that is unacceptable, and I can wait(usually it takes 3-4 years to have a trial go to civil court) So we'll see what happens now...... |
