Ok. But NYPD also provides overall policing services on the streets on NYC, for the people of NYC, and some officers have also been arresting the people of NYC, on the streets of NYC, for taking photos. So I don't see how the subway is any different than the regular streets of the city, in this context.It seems to me that if some officers are willing to enforce non-existent laws, then these officers would be more than willing to arrest NYCT employees. And yes, I agree that all these officers should know exactly what the laws are, particularly in light of the fact that they carry a book which contains them (at least it contains the 1050.X rules). |
