(Not yet, anyhow.)However, I can understand the confusion by appearance, if not by designation (close to P42DC, yes). The exterior of GE's P40/P42DC and Prima/Alstom/EMD's PL42AC are both Cesar Vergara designs, too, so there's even more of a family resemblance.   |
