I also sent a letter via postal mail to Mr. Kapoor last week, and am awaiting a reply from him. In my letter, I enclosed a number of photography rules from other transit agencies, which indicated that only commercial photography requires a permit.In my letter, I mentioned my incident on May 16 at Government Center, and it sounds like Mr. Karpoor may have confused newshawk@gmail.com with me, as it seems like he is apologizing to him for my incident. Anyway, just as I suspected, Eric Muntan, so-called "Chief of Security," was just blowing hot air. |
