It's zoned C4-2Thanks! It also looks like it isn't a public street (5% ramp up to it), so the space taken up by the street will help them stay within the FAR. They also set aside space for "community facility," which is a FAR bonus. Thanks for noting the grade; I agree with your assessment. I still don't see how they're clearing this 'residential tower', though. Seems to suggest that they have a few more tricks. |
