With a few exceptions, trying to obtain permits or access to photorgraph transit systems is a complete waste of time.There's only one system that requires it, and you know what it is. So permits are a non-issue for > 98% of transit system photography. Just try getting one from PATH! Have you? I tried, but I wanted it on a holiday and they said they had no one to take me around that day. But I haven't tried it on a normal average weekday... |
