They successfully fought the MBTA, NJT and New York's MTA on the issue of photo bans and permit requirements. They just need to gather complaints so they can build a case against Metrorail as well.For the record I am a member of both the ACLU and the NYCLU and I joined BECAUSE of the photo issue. |
