If you're asking for advice or corrections, then the first thing that I noticed is that your yard designations aren't quite accurate. If you are only talking about "home" yards, then there are some missing, and if you are talking about usage, then there are a lot missing. Either way, here's a more accurate breakdown: 239 - 2 & 5 Concourse-Jerome - 4, B, D, S Livonia - 2, 3, 4, 5 Coney Island - B, D, F, M, N, Q, R, W, S Also, the shade of blue that you used for the 8 Av lines does not show up very well against the black background. I would recommend a brighter shade.
