I beleive photography didn't become legal on NJT to about 2006-2007. I remember they had a photo ban in place in 2005. That is completely incorrect. It was never illegal in recent history, AFAIK. The photo permits issued were done so on a voluntary basis and were not required by law. The requirement in law to have a photo permit was only a proposal, and was dropped before it was made into law. Take Pride,
