Where the bus is actually more than a trainload of people is on the North Fork. But that's mostly due to the convenience of the bus schedule by Hampton Jitney compared to LIRR's service to GreenportThat's exactly it. While east of Speonk rush hoiur service isn't all that great, the Ronkonkoma to Greenport train service is basically useless and unusable because of the horrid frequency. |
