"No, train travel for construction workers that need to lug around tools, equipment, and parts make it unattractive for them."That must be why construction workers lugging hand tools routinely used Metro-North trains to reach Manhattan over the years. Hint: Larger tools and parts are supplied by the contractor on site. The most important thing a construction worker brings with him/her is...him/her. |
