Shirley and Mastic will NEVER be upper middle class. Not a chance with the way the area was developed on small lots, and it's housing stock. Remember, Mastic and Shirley is NOT a bad area. It's a "salt of the earth", working class neighborhood.I don't know how to explain it, but picture Lanford, of the sitcom Roseanne...... |
