I wasn't advocating for it, but my position is still that IF one electrifies to Riverhead, then LIRR might as well finish off the Main Line.Good God, it would be a stretch to electrify between Yaphank and Riverhead, and you want to go all the way to Greenport? Now THAT would be overkill! That is the LAST line that needs to be electrified! |
