A lot of the bugs were exterinated by MUNI's taleted people, who worked the cars into optimal performance. Cleveland's RTA did the same thing to their Breda fleet.The MBTA's people worked on the Type 8's but the bugs bred faster. MBTA and Breda began the Blame Game. Argue enough, you want out. LRV's are just not Breda's thing. Both the MUNI cars and the Type 8's were beaten with the biggest ugly stick you can find. The USLRV design Boeings actually looked better, blunt ends and all. |
