The current state of the entrances leads me to believe that there may be a bit more to be done before the new terminal opens. Other than making more space available in the plaza in front of the terminal, there are few outward signs great progress. The middle entrance that is a short distance away from the terminal does not seem complete, nor does the entrance that is next to Battery Park. I agree that maybe the workers have made great progress with the terminal underground and the parts that can not be easily casually seen by the public now.I tend to believe that it will be a little while longer for the new terminal to be ready to be open.
