If it happened on the platform, then it happened inside the system.If it happened on the street, then it's just as bad as its happening inside the system. The headline will look something like this: "Man Stabbed while Searching for Open Subway Entrance" -- and NYCT will (rightfully) be held responsible in the public's view. |
