I saw the website.Not everything they do is bogus. For example, there's nothing wrong with educating people not to dump their motor oil in the storm drain or pestering municipalities to upgrades sewage treatment plants so overflows don't occur as frequently. And certainly organizing people to pull debris out of streams is worthwhile (I've done that at Oakland Lake in Bayside). But if they're bellyaching about reefed subway cars, they're misdirected at the very least. |
