I also understand (I'll do some research on this) that the police CANNOT force you to delete your pictures. This appears to be a direct violation of the First Amendment, according to my friend at the NY Press Photographers' Association, and BOTH of my regular SLN camera operators.And if they *did* suspect anything, you would then be destroying evidence. Ask them if they intend for you to destroy evidence? ROAR |
