Sounds like we have a jurisdictional issue here. I know Amtrak photo policy is that photography is allowed on Amtrak platforms and trains if the photographer has a valid Amtrak ticket. I'm not sure if this would technically include or preclude valid ticketholders for services running on or from Amtrak owned infrastructure. Common sense states it should, but you never know. |
