I thought it was neat that Queens Boulevard had both an (E) and an (EE) and that the (E) went to Eighth Avenue via 53d Street while the (EE) went to Broadway via 60th Street. You could take either the (E) to 50th Street or the (EE) to 49th Street-Seventh Avenue in those days. |
