Winter Operations Plan 4 In Effect Until Monday

Just to get around some of the usual Sub Chat Drama..

Theres a Plan 4 Winter Operatiuosn Plan in Effect Until 0500 hrs Monday Morning..

SO now if anybody may ask what the plan is..


Plan 4: Forecast of snow (5 inches or more).
General Orders and work trains will be cancelled as required
Operate maximum length trains on all lines including OPT0 lines
(Except Lefferts Shuttle & Rockaway Park Shuttle)
Underground storage in effect
Local Storm Fighting Centers activated
All Storm fighting equipment prepared for activation

BTW this means there will NO EXPRESS service in Manhattan this Weekend..

Every train scrapes the wall...
