The price is not set on the kilowatts.There is the capital cost of the equipment, the labor of setting it up and taking it down, and a Zoo is particularly susceptible to the loss of discretionary spending. So they had to cut back expenses. There is a malaise that is affecting the entire economy at the moment: What will President Obama do, more to the point which way the the moneycat jump? The market races up and down: it will go up again, but for the moment it is wait and see. Wait and see does NOT help the economy: The Economy only works when money is flowing, not when it sits in stagnant pools. ROAR |
