If this is their second encounter with the law, community service/juvy isn't going to drill the idea into their thick skulls. If they're foamer-ish enough to try and make off with a roll sign, then it stands to reason that they'd attend every excursion they possibly can.Ban them from heritage trips, both revenue and Transit Museum. Hand out "Do not allow on premises" posters to NYTM personnel and the conductors manning the vintage trains. Maybe then they'll get the picture. |
