The three, using tools and equipment, literally tried to make off with a rollsign from a (C) train. R-38, I assume.

They got the cover open, pulled it out, and cut it, and tried to make off with it. On an in service train, no less.

When the court orders are made public, we can finally learn Crappy McCrapper's real name, so we can stop calling him Crappy McCrappers.
