Knowing the TA, it would not surprise me in the least if this nonsense actually cost them money. The advertising arm of the TA is filled with political hacks and does not appear to be the best run operation. (Judging by the amount of expired ads I see on trains and in outer borough stations) I would like to see a breakdown of labor costs versus actual net profit for these "wraps". |
