Well, among other things they had to collect parts that disappeared from the car post-Muni ops, then the big thing was needing to get new wheel discs so it can operate on the Class 1 type track work, those things are mighty expensive. I help out when I can, manuals, tech help, parts ferreting. I haven't even been out there yet to see the cars.Now I need to get parts and helping hands for Philly air brake PCC 2647 I have stored down in Baltimore. |
