Can operating people use cell phones while on duty? If cell phone usage is not allowed and you were the Superintendent of Safety & Compliance (that may not be the title, but it would be a position where you would be responsible for making and enforcing safe operations policy), would you adopt a Zero Tolerance Policy? If so, how would you enforce it? |
