Yes, I believe they will be second class. If you have been on a Pendolino over the past six weeks or so you could have ridden first class on a standard class ticket. They downgraded coach G (a first class coach) to standard for the duration of the school holidays. I've been in there a couple of times, it's great to sit in one of those huge seats for the price of a cheap day return from Crewe to Liverpool. |
